What's not included:
Keep in mind, we are a travel planning service, not a travel agency. Here are the things we can't help with:

Making bookings - but we will provide you with all the booking links you'll need to make it super easy for you

Giving information on visa and entry requirements - but we can point you in the right direction

Providing emergency support - we will try our best to advise you on who to contact (e.g. embassy, travel insurance, airline etc.), but we can't promise fast replies or that we can provide any more help than that. Any help we can give is more of just one traveler helping another.

What if I don't know where I want to go?
If you're unsure where you want to go, don't worry! We can help you choose the perfect destination for your next adventure. Once we understand your interests, preferences, and budget, we can suggest destinations that we think you'll love. Our goal is to make sure you have the trip of a lifetime, so we'll make sure to find the perfect fit for you.
How long does it take to make an itinerary?
Making a custom itinerary depends on several factors, such as the complexity of your trip and the number of revisions you request. However, we typically aim to provide a draft itinerary within 3-5 business days. From there, we'll work with you to refine and revise the itinerary until it's perfect. Our goal is to create an itinerary that exceeds your expectations and meets your unique travel needs!
Can't I just do this myself?
Sure, you can plan your trip yourself, but do you really want to spend hours researching and comparing prices for flights, accommodations, and activities? Having been to over 110 countries, we've already tried and tested the best experiences, and even have a network of locals all over the world who can share insider knowledge with us. Don't waste your precious time trying to figure it out yourself, let us do the heavy lifting!
What happens if something is no longer available when I go to book?
Prices and availability can change quickly, so it's best to book as soon as possible once you receive the itinerary. However, if something you're trying to book is no longer available and you're booking within 72 hours of receiving your finalized itinerary, we'll find you alternative options for free. If it's been more than 72 hours since you received the itinerary, though, finding alternative options will come at an extra cost.
Are there any hidden fees or costs?
What you see is what you get! There are no hidden fees or costs for our services. However, please remember that our service only covers the process of creating the itinerary, and does not include any of the actual travel expenses. We don't make any bookings or payments on your behalf but will provide a detailed breakdown of all travel expenses associated with your itinerary. Keep in mind though that this budget won't include extra expenses like souvenir shopping or additional meals.
What happens if I need to cancel or change my itinerary after it has been finalized?
We invest a lot of time and effort into creating completely personalized itineraries, so all of our itineraries are non-refundable. We offer unlimited revisions to make sure you're completely satisfied before we lock everything in, but on the off chance you want to make any additions or changes after it's finalized, it will come at an extra cost.
